We are currently recruiting an Activation Sales Advisor for a large retail client based in Tamworth on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be proactively contacting customers to maintain and develop customer relationships, maximise sales, growing and retaining business.

As an Activation Sales Advisor, you will be:

  • Responding to customers who have made contact via telephone and website applications
  • Reactivating lapsed customers on the database to build on pre-existing relationships
  • Developing sound knowledge of customer's needs, competitor activity and products to maximise opportunities
  • Liaising as required to nurture and manage the transition of reactivated customers 
  • Identifying and validating new business opportunities and working collaboratively with the team to set up customer accounts within SLA’s
  • Delivering excellent customer service and building strong business relationships


The successful candidate for the Activation Sales Advisor will possess:

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Results orientated with the ability to successfully deliver against targets in a competitive market place
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • IT literate, experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
  • You may also have experience of any of the following: retail, customer service advisor, retention advisor, sales advisor, sales assistant, crew member. You may have also worked for fast moving organisations such as McDonalds or in retail stores


The hours of work for the Activation Sales Advisor role is 37.5hrs per week, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

The basic salary for the role is £17,700 per annum with a quarterly performance bonus of £625 giving you an OTE £20,200 per annum.
