We are working with a facilities service management company based in Great Barr to assist with the recruitment of an Administrator.

You will be the main point of contact for all queries within the office

As an Administrator this will also include:

  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls
  • Booking in jobs for the engineers and managing the diary
  • Printing invoices and emailing invoices to clients
  • Managing monthly statements - entering information onto Excel spreadsheets
  • Filing documentation
  • Managing the petty cash float 
  • Building relationships with customers

The hours will be 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm on Fridays with 30 mins lunch. Total hours = 41.5 hours per week.

We are open to considering applications from people who have worked within a similar remit, that may hold the previous job titles of Office Administrator, Receptionist, Facilities Coordinator, Administration Assistant, Scheduler, Business Administrator, Administrator and Office Manager
