Hours of work are 7.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday, this position is currently hybrid until further notice

 As the Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration for the Mechanical and Electrical departments
  • Maintaining all training for functional roles
  • Inputting timesheets, ensuring all the data inputted is 100% accurate
  • Dealing with incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Raising and distributing procurement requisitions as well as any other Ad-hoc tasks
  • Supporting the framework/project managers across the business to ensure efficient delivery
  • Carrying out general administration duties including keeping the inhouse databases up to date and booking accommodation

As the Administrator, you will have:

  • Previous experience working within a similar position, experience in inputting timesheets and dealing with invoices 
  • A strong customer focus, ensuring all customers receive an exceptional service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You may have experience of the following: Customer Service Advisor, Sales Co-ordinator,  Office Assistant, Training Co-ordinator,  Engineering Assistant, Helpdesk Advisor, Helpdesk Assistant, Office Co-ordinator and Engineer Co-ordinator

As the Administrator, you will receive a salary of £21,000 to £23,000 per annum depending on experience plus a fantastic range of benefits.
