A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join our client based in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Benefits include up to a 10% discretionary company performance related bonus, 35 days holiday including Bank Holidays pro rata, pension and free car parking. 
You will be working for a not-for-profit organisation that provide improvement services to their specialist sector.  This is a part time position working 25-30 hours per week between Monday to Friday. 
 As the Administrator, your duties include:
  • Organising meetings – booking venues and organising the catering for the meetings, if required
  • Transcribe recordings of meetings
  • Diary management
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate person
  • Responding to questions and requests for information from members and non-members
  • Forwarding mailings (normally email) to members
  • Carrying out any special projects that arise from time to time
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office
 As the Administrator, you will have:
  • Previous experience working within a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in written form and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Full driving licence due to the location of the office
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task according to deadlines
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You may have experience working as one of the following: Office Assistant, PA, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, EA, Office Co-ordinator, Office Support, Membership Administrator, Office Manager, Sales Administrator or Administration Assistant
 As the Administrator, your starting salary will be £22,000 per annum, pro rata / hourly pay rate is £11.59 per hour
