An opening has become available for a Transport Administrator to work for an established logistics company based within the Oldbury area. Working 08.00-16.00 or 09.00-17.00 Monday - Friday, this is initially covering maternity but could lead to a permanent position. As the Administrator, you will be:
- Monitoring and evaluating body shop estimates
- Monitoring Vehicle off Road situations ensuring minimal disruption to the Network
- Authorising repairs
- Liaising with other department and transport personnel.
- Entering cost data onto the IT system
- Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting with any queries
- Collating and distributing various reports to the network and within the departments
- General administration duties as required
As the Administrator you will be:
- An experienced Administrator
- Be highly organised
- IT literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
- An excellent communicator
- Available to start immediately
As the Administrator, your salary will be £10.77 per hour plus benefits when temping to include 28 days holiday including bank holidays, employee rewards scheme and pension.
