A great opening has arisen for an enthusiastic and confident Audio Typist to join a Psychology Clinic based in Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield. This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary position for up to 2 months to start immediately.
As the Audio Typist, you will be:
- Typing up medical and legal documentation
- Amending email templates
- Sending out company emails
- Completing general administration duties such as scanning and filing
- Dealing with incoming phone calls
As the successful Audio Typist, you will:
- Be able to work with excellent attention to detail
- Experience within the medical, healthcare, personal injuries or similar industry
- Be able to work under pressure
- You may have experience of working as one of the following: PA, Secretary, Legal Secretary, Audio Typist, Medical Secretary, Healthcare Administrator or Minute Taker.
As the Audio Typist, your salary will be circa £18,000 pro rata per annum, £10 per hour.
