We are looking for an experienced individual who has previously worked ideally within a Recruitment/HR role, who will manage the administration processes within Hart Recruitment. As a Part Time Business Administration Manager you will be passionate about delivering a first class service to our clients and candidates and taking accountability for your role.

Working closely with our MD and Account Directors you will be working in our fun, driven and family run office based in Great Barr, Birmingham. This is a permanent position working minimum 25 hours per week over 4/5 days. Benefits include 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays pro rata plus Christmas shut down (holiday allowance increases with service), free car parking, internal and external training courses, company social events, working flexibly hybrid from home and in the office.

As the Business Administration Manager, you will be:

  • Managing Hart Recruitment daily processes and ensuring all team members are working with the most up to date solutions
  • Researching and feeding back to MD on changes in process, new initiatives and projects
  • Managing relationships with all 3rd party service providers and negotiating new contracts
  • Inducting and delivering training for new staff where and when required
  • Ensuring consultants provide KPI target and revenue figures on a daily/weekly basis for reporting
  • Providing financial support including credit control, weekly payroll and invoicing
  • Running various recruitment campaigns to attract and recruit internal staff
  • Providing HR administration support across the business
  • Managing the in-house CRM system and providing training to team members on any new updates and changes
  • Cleansing the in-house CRM system, ensuring all candidates, contacts and company details are accurately inputted and updated
  • Supporting Hart Training in setting up online sessions and managing the conference room during face to face training sessions (Post Covid)
  • Organising and coordinating business events and charity fundraising activities
  • Producing various reports on Excel to monitor and improve productivity
  • Managing all office facilities and suppliers and resolving any issues
  • Overseeing the compliance for candidates and clients and flagging up any areas of missing information
  • Working alongside the Marketing Executive to coordinate marketing campaigns and e-shots as well as the company website
  • Supporting and working closely with the MD to ensure smooth daily running of the business and increase profitability

As the Business Administration Manager, you will have:

  • Understanding of recruitment or HR processes, preferably within an SME organisation
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable making your own decisions whilst working to processes
  • The ability to re-prioritise workload
  • Competent using Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
  • You may have experience working as a: Senior Administrator, Recruitment Operations Manager, Recruitment Administrator, Candidate Support Administrator, Temporary Recruitment Administrator, Human Resources Administrator, HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator or Consultant, Internal Recruiter or Resourcing Assistant

As the Part Time Business Administration Manager your salary will be circa £23,000 - £25,000 pro rota with the opportunity to earn from a team bonus as well as career and professional development.
