You will be working for a well-established organisation based within the manufacturing and distribution industry and they have been established for 30+ years based in Tamworth.  As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be undertaking general administration duties to support the Customer Service Team and the Organisation.

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be:
  • Providing full administration support, liaising with many departments across head office and externally to support the busy Customers Service department
  • Supporting the Customer Service team with running reports, preparing quotes on Sage and our in-house system, dealing with email and some telephone queries
  • Order processing for marketing point of sale boards (stock and bespoke) and quality replacement orders
  • Booking in of deliveries for key customers, inputting data for customs declarations and entering of orders and debit notes on to in house system
  • Covering the switchboard overflow and full reception cover
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery for head office 
  • Organising collections with carriers for returns/quality department
  • Overseeing carrier daily delivery reports. Corresponding with carriers, Customer Service and warehouse to get a resolution on all failed deliveries.  Actioning all claims, cross referencing carrier invoice with our claims to ensure complete
  • Stocking of all refreshments, marketing materials etc. of all meeting rooms and visitor showroom
  • Maintaining stocks of company literature in the office for internal staff and ASMs
  • Booking of meeting rooms and arranging refreshments, lunch for visitors/meetings  
  • Covering any other ad-hoc office administration duties as and when required to support customer service and wider team
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will have:
  • Previous experience working within a similar position such as administration/reception
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • You may have experience of the following: Customer Service Assistant, Communications Assistant, Office Assistant, Call Centre Operative, Contact Centre Operative, Membership Co-ordinator, Helpdesk, Administrator, Receptionist, Office Assistant, Office Co-ordinator and Contact Centre Administrator
As the Customer Service Administrator, salary is circa £19,000 to £21,000 per annum depending on experience plus a fantastic range of benefits.
