We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Minworth, Birmingham on a permanent basis. You will be working 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and benefits include free car parking and 28 days holiday rising to 32 (including 8 Bank Holidays), BHSF package and discounts on selected products.
 
You will be working for an online retailer who supplies products internationally. We are seeking an individual who can lead, manage and develop a small customer service team to ensure all customers are receiving an excellent level of customer service. 
 
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Challenging processes for efficiency, improvements and customer satisfaction
  • Responding to emails via the Customer Service Inbox
  • Dealing with disputes which have been escalated to a senior level
  • Checking for fraudulent orders
  • Processing refunds/ exchanges and dealing with out of stocks
  • Liaising with couriers – deliveries and raising investigations
  • Release pending orders
  • Dealing with discrepancies where necessary (damage, missing items)
  • Dealing with general email enquiries for tracking orders, invoice queries and other additional
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will:
  • Possess previous experience working within a similar position
  • Have previous experience in dealing with escalated queries
  • Have excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate at all levels and excellent attention to details skills
  • You may have experience working as a Customer Service Team Leader, Customer Service Manager, Team Manager, Team Leader, Senior Customer Advisor, Customer Associate and other Customer Service related positions
Working as a Customer Service Advisor, you will receive a salary circa £23,500 per annum depending on experience plus a fantastic range of benefits.
