You will be working for our client who are well established family business within the premium retail sector.
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will receive a salary circa £17,500 per annum and free car parking is available.
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be:
- Dealing with customer queries via telephone and emails
- Liaising with internal departments (buying and distribution) regarding orders
- Producing weekly reports for internal teams
- Ensuring efficient customer communication
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will have:
- Ability to work under pressure whilst ensuring excellent attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work to own initiative
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- You may have experience of working as one of the following: Office Administrator, Customer Service, Data entry, Sales Assistant, Receptionist and Call Centre Operative
