Based in Edgbaston, you will be working as a Customer Service Safeguarding Administrator, providing crucial support to a brand new national project ensuring the safeguarding and DBS checks of over 1,800 clubs. This is an ongoing long-term temporary position with excellent benefits such as free car parking and 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays after 12 weeks.
You will be working for a large leisure organisation that has been formed for over 20 years.
As a Customer Service Safeguarding Administrator, your duties will include:
- Liaising with members and clubs via email and telephone, dealing with all queries and issues with DBS and Safeguarding applications
- Guiding and advising on applications and log in errors through to accurate resolution
- Accurately inputting and updating clubs information on internal databases and Microsoft Excel
- Liaising with volunteers in regards to DBS check updates, querying any discrepancies or issues
- Completing general administration duties
As a Customer Service Safeguarding Administrator, you will have:
- Experience in resolving queries over the email and telephone with strong communication and patience to solve complex issues
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- IT literate
- You may have experience of the following: HR Assistant, Safeguarding Assistant, Social Worker, Data Analyst, Safeguarding Officer, Compliance Assistant or Customer Service Administrator
As the Customer Service Safeguarding Administrator, you will receive a salary of circa £19,000 per annum, £10.44 per hour. Plus the following benefits:
