Based in Edgbaston, you will be working as a Customer Support Advisor providing excellent service on a national project! This is an ongoing long-term temporary position with excellent benefits such as free car parking and 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays after 12 weeks.
You will be working for a large leisure organisation that has been formed for over 20 years.
As a Customer Support Advisor, your duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries regarding the national sports campaign
- Liaising with customers via email, social media, live chat portal, and telephone, dealing with all queries and complaints
- Providing accurate information to the public, consistently delivering high levels of support
- Proactively calling attendees for feedback on courses and completing satisfaction surveys
- Completing general administration duties
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will have:
- Experience in resolving queries over the telephone and email and the ability to the build strong relationships
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- IT literate
- You may have experience of the following: Customer Service Advisor, Communications Assistant, Office Assistant, Call Centre Operative, Contact Centre Operative, Membership Co-ordinator, Helpdesk and Contact Centre Administrator
As the Customer Support Advisor, you will receive a salary of circa £20,000 per annum, £10.99 per hour. Plus the following benefits:
- 28 days holiday including the Bank Holidays, pro-rata increasing to 33 days after 12 weeks
