We are recruiting for an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Administrator to work on a temporary basis for up to 8 weeks. Days can be flexible and either part/full-time hours.
As an EDI Administrator your duties will include:
- Working as part of a team for all Inclusion and Diversity enquiries
- Acting as the first point of contact with emails to the company
- Managing the ‘diversity matters’ inbox, responding to all incoming emails, giving priority, and referring to the appropriate team for response
- Monitoring responses are made in a timely manner
- Completing the triage process for each email received, to the fullest extent possible, to allow all enquiries to be marked with an appropriate priority
- Ensuring that any enquiries receive a response intended to reach them in a timely manner for their enquiry and allocate the right resources
- Producing, maintaining, and collating appropriate control records, complying with administrative procedures in accordance with policy
- Taking charge of any incoming emails; managing complaints, media requests, I&D enquiries
- Identifying, assessing, tracking, and mitigating issues and risks at multiple levels
- Managing and analysing this data to enable meticulous tracking of Talent and Inclusion & Diversity metrics
As the EDI Administrator, you will have:
- Previous administration experience working within an EDI role
- Work effectively as part of a small team and independently
- Able to work on own initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to present, analyse and use data
- IT literate

The role is an immediate start and is paying a salary of circa £25,000 -£30,000
