Do you have previous Customer Service Experience both face to face and over the phone? We are urgently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to join our client based near Birmingham Airport who offers 32 days holiday including Bank Holidays, free car parking and Christmas shutdown.   

You will be working for an organisation who thrives off the service they provide to their clients. 

As the Facilities Administrator, you will be:

  • Welcoming visitors into the office and issuing visit passes
  • Providing effective facilities management function to internal departments
  • Efficiently distributing incoming post and department paperwork
  • Ensuring the outgoing post is franked and ready for collection
  • Maintaining and ordering office equipment
  • Completing general administration tasks such as filing, typing, and scanning  

To be a successful Facilities Administrator, you will have:

  • Experience of working within a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • You may have experience of the following: Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Receptionist, Host, Hostess, Housing Assistant, Citizens Advice Bureau, and Customer Service Advisor.

The Facilities Administrator will receive a salary of £20,058 per year plus the following benefits:

  • 32 days holiday including Bank Holidays
