Are you experienced in covering the whole 360 Accounts? Working as the Financial Controller, benefits include remote working, 34 days holiday including Bank Holidays, free parking, and a company pension - 5%.
This position is working for a leading organisation based in Coleshill, Warwickshire. You will be required to go into the office for training, however, after training the position is remote based.
Working as the Financial Controller, your duties will include:
- Being responsible for the online bank payments and transfers including petty cash
- Managing the cashflow, the bank activities and the bank and balance sheet reconciliation
- Being responsible for the VAT returns
- Collating management information and working with the development team to manage projects, working within timescales, budget and report any shortfalls
- Collating budgets and forecasts where required
- Being responsible for purchase ordering and corresponding purchase invoices
- Collating relevant payroll information including expenses
- Additional duties may be required depending on the business requirements
- Reporting to the Board as and when required
As the Financial Controller, you may have:
- Previous experience working within a project account management/site development position
- Experience of working within a 360 Accounts position
- Experience in managing budgets and cashflows
- Hold a minimum qualification to AAT Level, however, this is not essential
- Have previous experience with Sage line 50 and reporting in departments or projects
- Able to identify and implement efficiencies in financial systems
You may have experience of working as one of the following: Head of Accounts, Finance Manager, Assistant Accountant, Accountant, Credit Controller or Bookkeeper.
As the Financial Controller, your salary will be circa £40,000 per year plus a fantastic range of benefits.
