We have an immediate opportunity for temporary Administrator working within the fleet department for a leading specialist service company with over 1900 employees in a highly regulated environment, supporting a broad range of customers such as FM companies, contractors, rail, highways, water, power, gas and local authority markets.

As am Administrator you will be :
- Coordinating the companies 500 vehicle fleet
- Scanning documents
- Communicating with customers both on the phone and face to face
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance
- Arranging and coordinating vehicle recovery
- Utilising spreadsheets
As the Fleet Coordinator you will have:
- MS Office experience, including Excel
- The ability to multi task, plan and schedule
- High level of organisation and time management
- Strong communication skills - ability to liaise with people at all levels within the business both verbally and in writing
