 We have an immediate opportunity for temporary Administrator working within the fleet department for a leading specialist service company with over 1900 employees in a highly regulated environment, supporting a broad range of customers such as FM companies, contractors, rail, highways, water, power, gas and local authority markets.

As am Administrator you will be :

  • Coordinating the companies 500 vehicle fleet
  • Scanning documents
  • Communicating with customers both on the phone and face to face
  • Scheduling vehicle maintenance
  • Arranging and coordinating vehicle recovery
  • Utilising spreadsheets

As the Fleet Coordinator you will have:

  • MS Office experience, including Excel
  • The ability to multi task, plan and schedule
  • High level of organisation and time management
  • Strong communication skills - ability to liaise with people at all levels within the business both verbally and in writing
