Do you have an ACS Scheme CCN1 qualification? Are you immediately available? We are urgently recruiting for a Gas Compliance Officer, the position is an 8 month fixed term contract. The company are based near to Birmingham Airport and have free car parking on site.

As the Gas Compliance Officer, you will be:
- Liaising and dealing with gas contractors and ensuring all contractors are compliant and up to date with new and existing legislation
- Ensuring all homes meet the duties under the HCA consumer standards
- Ensuring all properties receive a statutory annual service for solid fuel, LPG, oil and green technology and arranging services on a daily basis
- Managing and supporting the Compliance Manager with budgets, reconciling the assets and managing the monthly expenditure
- Producing reports on required documentation and raising any concerns
To be successful as the Gas Compliance Officer, you will have:
- ACS Scheme CCN1 qualification
- Previous experience in large 3-star contracts
- Used to dealing with contractors, customers and any social housing queries
- Understanding of asbestos and how this is managed
- You may also have experience of any of the following: Engineer, Surveyor, Compliance Manager, Technical Officer, Officer, Gas Support, Housing Clerk, Housing Assistant, Estate Agents, Lettings Agent, Office Administrator, Rents Assistant, Choice Based Lettings, Welfare Reform and Universal Credit
You will receive a salary of circa £33,817 per annum plus the following benefits:
