We are looking to recruit x4 'Grant Administrator' posts for our Manchester based Client.
As a Grant Administrator, you will be;
- Using an online management system to undertake compliance and due diligence checks on grant applications
- Preparing and issuing contract award letters
- Providing support for network users by allocating system access
- Providing general customer service and guidance directly to applicants via email and phone
- Assisting in the development of funding programmes including testing bespoke software
- Working with Funding Operations Officers (Team Leaders) to support the administration of central funding programmes
- Supporting the wider Facilities team to administer programmes and campaigns as required and ad-hoc support for reporting to the teams
The successful candidate for the Grant Administrator role will possess;
- Previous experience in administration
- Possess excellent communication skills including written and telephone customer service experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- A good eye for detail is essential for this role enabling you to work accurately and efficientl

- Graduate, Student, Sales Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Admin Support, Admin Assistant
As a Grant Administrator, your hours of work will be 9am - 5pm (35hrs) per week, however part time hours would be considered. You will receive an annual salary of £20,000. Location of work will be office and home based.
