As the Health and Safety Compliance Officer, you will be:
- Supporting and advising on all matters relating to health, safety and compliance
- Managing the development, deployment and maintenance of the health and safety management framework
- Leading, managing and supporting the regional compliance co-ordinator
- Monitoring accident reports on a daily and weekly basis and producing reports when required
- Implementing and reviewing procedures and processes
- Carrying out audit checks when required
To be successful as the Health and Safety Compliance Officer, you will have:
- A NEBOSH general certificate and you will have or be working towards a NEBOSH national certificate in fire safety
- A membership with a recognised body such as IOSH or IIRSM
- A full UK driving licence
- You may also have experience of any of the following: H&S Officer, H&S Manager, Surveyor, Compliance Manager and Technical Officer
As the Health and Safety Compliance Officer, you will receive a salary of circa £32,000 to £33,000 per annum depending on experience plus the following benefits:
