You will be working within a busy HR administration role with the chance to progress to an HR Advisor! Based near to the centre of Walsall, you will be within easy reach of transport links and free car parking on site.

The company are a specialist provider of maintenance support across the UK who are actively involved in supporting a number of charities.


Your main duties as the HR Administrator will include:

  • Creating HR documentation including offer letters, contracts and personnel files
  • Updating files with sickness, absence and holiday information
  • Sending reference requests and processing references for previous employees
  • Processing leaver details
  • Supporting the HR team with any administration support


The ideal HR Administrator will have:

  • Previous experience working within HR administration or completed a degree in HR and seeking your first role within the sector
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • You may have experience of the following: HR Assistant, Personnel Administrator, Personnel Clerk, Human Resources, Recruitment Admin

 

As the HR Administrator, you will receive a salary of £18,000 per annum plus 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
