As the HR Business Partner, your duties will include:
  • Developing strong relationships to influence the business area management and teams around the people agenda and issues
  • Advising, guiding, coaching and supporting managers providing high-level people management and development support across all disciplines
  • Communicating effectively and leading the teams within the business area through change and implementation of new initiatives
  • Managing talent and succession planning within a area, highlighting risks and creating action plans to support the wider talent and succession planning process
  • Pro-actively managing the recruitment and selection process ensuring the organisation is recruiting the right talent in line with their values and behaviours and are supporting diversity
  • Providing high-quality monthly management information for board reporting 
  • Analysing data looking for trends and insights and producing recommendations to the business for improvements or focus areas
  • Taking ownership to ensure the business area drives the appropriate actions from employee feedback around employee engagement, IIP and wellbeing
As the HR Business Partner, you will have:
  • Previous experience working as an HR Generalist / Business Partner
  • Experience in employee relations, recruitment, coaching and mentoring
  • A valid UK Driving Licence as an essential part of this role will involve visiting sites 
  • Knowledge of HR software and comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • You may have experience in the following: Human Resources Business Partner, HR Manager, Recruitment Manager,  Recruitment Business Partner, HR Officer, Advisor, HR Assistant,  Human Resources Consultant or you may have studied for your CIPD to support your career
As the HR Business Partner, you will receive a salary of circa £35,000 per annum depending on experience plus a fantastic range of benefits.
