This role gives you the opportunity to support a thriving organisation with both HR generalist assistance as well as the strategic plan. This role is an interim contract until March 2020 and the company offer 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays, complimentary products and discounts.

You will be working for a charity organisation who have been long established in the Midlands.


As the HR Business Partner, you will be:

  • Supporting a number of departments on formal and informal HR processes, policies and procedures
  • Leading employee relations issues including casework, restructures, redundancies and TUPE
  • Providing support to management on disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, absence management, performance management, contracts and terms and conditions of employment
  • Taking responsibility for specific strategic projects
  • Managing stakeholder relationships


To be successful as the HR Business Partner, you will have:

  • Previous generalist HR experience, supporting teams at management and Director level
  • Managing employee relations cases to a positive resolution
  • Supporting continuous improvement
  • You may also have experience of any of the following: CIPD, Human Resources Manager, Lead Business Partner, People Business Partner, Human Resources Business Partner, People Manager, Employee Relations, CIPD Corporate Member, Employment Law, Best Practice


Based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, you will receive a salary of circa £48,000 per annum, depending on experience plus the following benefits:
