Are you looking for your next step in Human Resources? Providing advice and guidance to management, you will be pivotal in supporting the company through all elements of HR. Your benefits will include: annual performance bonus of £2500 per year, 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays and free car parking.

Formed over 30 years ago, you will be working for an award-winning manufacturer who is a leader in their field.

As the HR Officer, you will be:

  • Reporting to the HR Manager, providing support in all aspects of Human Resources
  • Supporting managers with advice, guidance and administration on employee relations including disciplinaries and grievances 
  • Implementing, developing and maintaining processes and procedures
  • Leading on recruitment processes and supporting managers where required during interviews
  • Monitoring and reducing absenteeism
  • Completing all administration tasks including reports, metrics and recruitment documentation

 

To be successful as the HR Officer, you will have:

  • Previously provided advice and guidance on a variety of personnel matters including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Generalist human resources experience
  • CIPD Level 5 or the equivalent experience
  • You may also have experience of one of the following: Human Resources Officer, Personnel Officer, Personnel Assistant, Personnel Administrator, Human Resources Advisor, Personnel Advisor, People Officer, People Administrator, People Advisor, ER Advisor


Based in Lichfield, you will receive a salary of circa £28,500 per annum depending on experience which includes a yearly bonus of £2500 plus the following benefits:

  • 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays
