You will be supporting the key HR function with administrative tasks to ensure an engaged and motivated workforce. Your benefits will include working 35 hours per week and an early finish at 3.00pm on Friday afternoons plus free car parking on site!

Formed over 40 years ago, you will be working for a global organisation within the automotive industry.

As the HR Officer, you will be:

  • Providing HR administration support to managers and employees across the business
  • Maintaining individual HR records for employees as well as record keeping in all HR related areas
  • Producing contracts, job offers and referencing
  • Supporting induction and development programmes for all new employees
  • Supporting the team with payroll processes
  • Working alongside colleagues in the HR team to offer support and advice to Managers


To be successful as the HR Officer, you will have:

  • Previous HR administration experience
  • An understanding of payroll processes
  • Strong organisational skills
  • You may also have experience of one of the following: Human Resources Administrator, Personnel Officer, Recruitment Administrator, People Administrator, Payroll Administrator, Payroll & Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Assistant
     

Based in Tamworth, you will receive a salary circa £28,000 per annum depending on experience plus the following benefits:

  • A 35 hour working week with an early finish of 3.00pm on Friday afternoons
  • 28 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays with an increase of 1 day per year with each year’s service
  • Free car parking
