Based in North Birmingham, a new opportunity has arisen for an Internal Account Manager to join a multi award winning organisation on a permanent basis. Our client has offices based in Birmingham UK, Dubai and Malta. 

You will be working for a company that is committed to providing outstanding customer service and are continually striving to improve their service.  You will have a positive “can do” attitude. 

My client will consider part time hours! 

As the Internal Account Manager, you will be:

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers and dealing with customer queries when required
  • Dealing with customer quotations, following up quotes and converting into orders to increase company profits
  • Sending brochures to new and existing customers
  • Gaining referrals and leads for new businesses
  • Visiting customers to demonstrate equipment when required and attending trade shows and events
  • Carrying out general administration duties

​To be the successful Internal Account Manager, you will have:

  • Experience working within the transport or logistics industry however this is not essential
  • Good communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels
  • The “motivation” to earn money!  
  • You may have experience of the following: Sales Administrator, Collection Advisor, Telesales Assistant, Telesales Executive, Administrator, Internal Account Manager, Sales Assistant, Bank Clerk, Retail Assistant and Customer Service Advisor

As the Internal Account Manager, you will receive a salary of circa £22,000 with an OTE £28,000 plus the following benefits:

  • 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
