Based in North Birmingham, a new opportunity has arisen for an Internal Account Manager to join a multi award winning organisation on a permanent basis. Our client has offices based in Birmingham UK, Dubai and Malta.

As the Internal Account Manager, you will be:
- Building relationships with new and existing customers and dealing with customer queries when required
- Dealing with customer quotations, following up quotes and converting into orders to increase company profits
- Sending brochures to new and existing customers
- Gaining referrals and leads for new businesses
- Visiting customers to demonstrate equipment when required and attending trade shows and events
- Carrying out general administration duties
To be the successful Internal Account Manager, you will have:
- Experience working within the transport or logistics industry however this is not essential
- Good communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels
- The “motivation” to earn money!
- You may have experience of the following: Sales Administrator, Collection Advisor, Telesales Assistant, Telesales Executive, Administrator, Internal Account Manager, Sales Assistant, Bank Clerk, Retail Assistant and Customer Service Advisor
As the Internal Account Manager, you will receive a salary of circa £22,000 with an OTE £28,000 plus the following benefits:
