You will be using your recruitment expertise to support a thriving team to find the best talent and help to reduce overall recruitment costs. Formed over two decades ago, you will be working for a leading and accredited organisation who specialises in the IT field, providing a wide range of products and services to their customers.

As the Internal Recruiter, you will be:

  • Working with management to understand their recruitment needs and proactively source suitable candidates for their vacancies
  • Creating and posting adverts using the company's own website as well as maximising social media opportunities such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
  • Negotiating costs with other recruitment tools such as job boards and working closely with recruitment agencies on the Preferred Supplier List
  • Organising and holding assessment days for certain vacancies as well as attending job fairs and networking events to attract new talent
  • Producing reports on KPIs to HR and Directors
  • Supporting the HR team with HR administration tasks during the recruitment process

To be successful as the Internal Recruiter, you will have:

  • Previous recruitment experience, either within an agency environment or in-house
  • Experience in using social media to attract talent
  • IT literate, experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • You may also have experience of one of the following: Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Manager, In-House Recruiter, Careers Consultant, Resourcer, Talent Acquisition Consultant, Talent Manager, Hiring Consultant, Hiring Manager 

Based in Birmingham City Centre, you will be working 39.5 hours per week Monday to Friday plus the following benefits:
