We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join a well established Recruitment Consultancy based in Sutton Coldfield. With an annual group turnover of £20million and operating in several key sectors, the role will involve recruiting for various businesses across the Midlands. The position is paying between £25,000 - £30,000 pro-rata. The hours are flexible and can be discussed along with your application.
The role of Internal Recruiter:
- Researching and contacting potential candidates using a variety of methods
- Identifying candidates that have the same values as the business
- The ability to network and promote the brand of the group
- Design and create marketing ideas to post on various social media platforms
- Managing a CRM, email campaigns and social media marketing
- Utilising LinkedIn to attract candidates to the group
- Responsible for the internal recruitment for the group
- Managing the process of recruiting consultants and business partners into group
- Building relationships and managing a pipeline of recruitment professionals across all levels
Must have skills for an Internal Recruiter:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- A background in recruitment is a must
- Commercially and business astute
- You will be excellent at networking
- You’ll have outstanding listening skills and understand it’s all in the detail
- Be competent with social media platforms
- Be able to work under your own initiative and set your weekly goals
- You’ll be smart with an excellent understanding of people and their behaviours
- You’ll also have the ability to cut through the detail and get what you want from the situation
- A desire to win and be able to thrive in a pressured environment
