As the Internal Recruiter, you will be:
- Working with management to understand their recruitment needs and proactively source suitable candidates for their vacancies
- Creating and posting adverts using the company's own website as well as maximising social media opportunities such as LinkedIn to attract talent
- Organising interviews and assessment days and attending where required as well as providing feedback to candidates afterwards
- Using your recruitment expertise to help reduce recruitment agency spend and time to hire
- Supporting the team with projects and improving processes
To be successful as the Internal Recruiter, you will have:
- Previous recruitment experience, either within an agency environment or an in-house role
- Clothing or fashion experience or a degree (or equivalent) in these areas
- You may also have experience of one of the following: Internal Recruitment, Specialist Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Manager, In-House Recruiter, Careers Consultant, Resourcer, Resourcing Specialist, Internal Resourcer, Talent Acquisition Consultant, Talent Manager, Hiring Consultant, Hiring Manager, Applicant Tracking System, ATS, Employment Specialist
As the Internal Recruiter, you will be based in Walsall and you will receive a salary of £30,000 per annum plus the following benefits:
- Discretionary performance related bonus of 10% of your salary
