You will be working for the UK’s leading and fastest-growing distribution organisation who is an employee-owned business with ferociously ambitious growth plans. You will be part of a purchasing team based in Coventry and candidates with 12 months plus experience are welcome to apply.
Hours of work are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, flexibility is available.
As the International Buyer – Italian Speaking, you will be:
- Managing a portfolio of international suppliers including 4 suppliers based in Italy
- Identifying new suppliers
- Supporting the Product Development Team in sourcing new products
- Resourcing current products
- Managing supply chain and inventory
As the International Buyer – Italian Speaking, you will be:
- Fluent in Italian – other European languages such as German are an advantage
- Have experience within a commercial or purchasing environment
- Have experience in distribution/purchasing/supply chain/imports
- Be highly motivated
- Have excellent communication skills
- A UK valid driving licence due to the office location
- You may have experience of the following: International Purchaser, International Procurement Specialist, Procurement Specialist, Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Co-ordinator, Commercial Buyer, Buyer, Commercial Assistant, Commercial Linguist, Procurement Manager, Commercial Director, Raw Materials Specialist, Logistics Manager or International Buyer – Italian Speaking
The salary is between £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience plus a fantastic range of benefits.
