We are working with a large Housing Association based in the West Midlands to help recruit three Lettings Assistants.

These roles are all full-time and home based.

 

Two Lettings Assistants are required to send links for applications, complete telephone interviews and manage deadlines.

The other Lettings Assistant is required to support the team with managing customer contact and creating tenancy paperwork depending on task management

 

Other duties required by the Lettings Assistants:

  • To provide an efficient and effective administrative support function to the Groups voids and lettings team, maximising rental income and ensuring that vacant and new homes are let without delay and in adherence to company policy and procedural guidance.
  • To administer Notice to Quit’s (NTQ’s) efficiently, effectively and in strict adherence to legal requirements
  • Ensuring out-going tenants are clear on their responsibilities prior to vacating their properties
  • Ensure that all systems are updated and managed appropriately to enable effective performance monitoring
  • Support the Lettings team in obtaining supporting documentation in respect of housing applications i.e. landlord references

 

Experience required for Letting Assistant:

  • You must have previous experience of working within a Housing Association and have excellent customer focussed skills
  • A DBS check is required before starting the position
