An opening has arisen for an enthusiastic, confident and driven individual to join a company based in Tamworth. If you are seeking an opportunity to work for a company that offers career progression, monthly bonus, and corporate days out then a Loan Administrator may be the role for you.

You will be working in a modern and lively office for a company that has been established for almost 50 years within the finance industry. This award winning company is looking to extend their team and recruit a new employee that will promote and continue to offer a quality service to their customers and uphold their outstanding reputation in the industry.

As a Loan Administrator, you will be:

  • Supporting the Lending Managers to ensure cases are completed for customers within the agreed timescales
  • Obtaining customer documents to ensure that the loan can be completed, managing a case load of 30 – 40 customers at any one time
  • Advising customers on valuations
  • Building relationship with customers
  • Identifying opportunities for new business and upselling to customers
  • Effectively liaising with various departments, including Sales, Underwriters and Lending Managers

As the successful Loan Administrator within the finance industry, you will have:

  • Able to work to a fast, with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive and enthusiastic telephone manner
  • You may have experience working as an Administrator, Call Centre Operative, Contact Centre Operative, Account Manager, Graduate Vacancy, Receptionist, Finance Assistant, Finance Graduate, Underwriting Assistant, Underwriter, Estate Agent, Solicitors Firm, Bridging Assistant, Insurance Broker, Finance Broker, Legal Assistant, Lettings Agent or Lettings Negotiator.

As a Loan Administrator, your salary will be circa £18,000 per year, with a £2,000 KPI bonus, paid monthly pro rata. Alongside this, you will receive fantastic benefits such as:
