We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client located near the Birmingham City Centre on an ongoing temporary basis. You will receive free car parking and a 1.00pm finish on a Friday on a rota basis.
You will be working for our client who is a well-established and nationwide supplier within the industry and have been established for 100 plus years.
As the Office Administrator, you will be:
- Working closely with the Senior Marketing and Sales Administrator, supporting the sales department, and the Managers across the business with a variety of general administration tasks
- Producing management reports
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner
- Organising samples and assisting with the marketing activities of the business when required
As the Office Administrator, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a similar position
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
- You may have experience of working as one of the following: Sales Administrator, Data Entry, Receptionist, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Support, Marketing Assistant, Sales Co-ordinator or Call Centre Operative
As the Office Administrator, you will receive a salary of up to £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
