We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client located near the Birmingham City Centre. Benefits include Pension scheme, company social events, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a 1.00pm finish on a Friday every 2 weeks.

You will be working for our client who is a well-established and nationwide supplier within the industry and have been established for 100 plus years.   

As the Office Administrator, you will be:

  • Working closely with the Senior Marketing and Sales Administrator, supporting the sales department, and the Managers across the business with a variety of general administration tasks
  • Helping to plan, build, and deliver a range of digital marketing campaigns
  • Assisting in the design and development of social media posts
  • Helping to monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns
  • Producing management reports
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Organising samples and assisting with the marketing activities of the business when required

As the Office Administrator, you will have:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Be flexible in your approach with an ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Creative with a passion to develop an understanding of marketing
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
  • You may have experience of working as one of the following: Sales Administrator, Data Entry, Receptionist, Sales Assistant, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Support, export administrator, Student Advisor, and Call Centre Operative

As the Office Administrator, you will receive a salary of up to £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
