Do you have previous experience within a customer focused environment? We are currently recruiting for an Order Processor to join a well-established UK distributor based in Tamworth.
As the Order Processor, your duties will be:
- Taking and process orders for customers
- Managing inbound and outbound calls within a competitive marketplace
- Up-selling and cross-selling products to meet set KPIs
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Developing strong insights into competitor activity
- Working towards and exceeding targets
As the Order Processor, you will have:
- Ability to understand and influence customers
- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Ability to work towards KPI’s within a target driven environment
- A confident attitude with strong attention to detail
- Experience of working as one of the following: Call Centre Operative, Administrator, Account Manager, Consultant, Call Centre, Retail Assistant, Sales Advisor, Sales Assistant, Customer Service, Estate Agent, Travel Agent, Travel Advisor, Hairdresser or Admin/Order Processor
As the Order Processor, your salary will be circa £18,000 - £20,000 per annum. You will also receive a monthly bonus of up to £500 taking your annual salary up to £22,000 per annum plus the following benefits:
