As the Part Time Payroll & Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be:
- Reporting to the Finance Director, processing monthly pay for approximately 260 employees via a bureau
- Your role will be split 50/50 between payroll and accounts payable functions
- Collecting pay information ready for submission such as bonus schemes, expenses and statutory pay (including SMP, SSP, SPP)
- Co-ordinating information relating to benefits and company cars for P46 and P11Ds
- Working closely with the HR team regarding new starters and leavers
- Enrolling employees onto the company pension scheme
- Entering absence information and creating absence reports
To be successful as the Part Time Payroll & Accounts Payable Clerk, you will have:
- Previous payroll and accounts payable experience
- Experience in processing company benefits and statutory pay (including SMP, SSP, SPP)
- You may also have experience of any of the following: PAYE, Umbrella Company, Bureau, Accountancy Practice, Accounts Payable Assistant, Purchase Ledger, AP Clerk, Finance Assistant, Pay Clerk, Time & Attendance, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, ADP Freedom, SAP, Iris, Part Time Job, Wages Assistant, Wages Clerk
Based in Fradley in Lichfield, you receive a salary of £23,000 per annum pro rata and you will be working part time, 24 hours per week which are really flexible to suit you across Monday to Friday. Plus you will receive the following benefits:
