We are recruiting for a Personal Tax Assistant to join our client who is a thriving Accountancy Practice based locally in Great Barr. This is an ongoing temporary assignment with an immediate start available. Part-time hours will also be considered.
As the Personal Tax Assistant, your duties will include:
- Requesting Tax Return information from the client or relevant parties
- Processing personal tax returns
- Supporting the team on ad-hoc projects and contributing to the efficient running of the department
- Liaising directly with HMRC in relation to personal tax matters
- Carrying out additional duties
As the Personal Tax Assistant, you will have:
- Previous experience working within an Accountancy Practice
- Previous experience carrying out personal tax returns
- You may have experience of the following: Accountant, Part Qualified, Bookkeeping, Bookkeeper, Book-keeper, Practice, Finance, Management Accounts, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks
As the Personal Tax Assistant, you will receive a salary of circa £20,000 to £27,000 per annum / £10.26 to £15.00 per hour depending on experience.
