An opening has become available for a driven Product Development Administrator to join a thriving team within a leading manufacturing organisation on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will be working for an organisation well-established within the manufacturing industry, this leading manufacturer is looking to extend its team and recruit a new employee that will provide crucial support to internal departments to ensure strict launch deadlines are adhered to and uphold the company’s outstanding reputation in the industry.

As the Product Development Administrator, you will be:

  • Supporting with large crucial product launches and projects, ensuring all deadlines are adhered too
  • Overseeing the production of new designs, liaising internally to ensure deadlines are met
  • Collating and producing all data for new products to be set up onto in-house databases and websites
  • Working closely with the Marketing team and providing all information required for marketing material such as leaflets, brochures, and website set up
  • Registering new products for copyright purposes using a third-party organisation
  • Creating organised records of all new designs within in-house folders and information brochures
  • Working on Microsoft Excel, maintaining progress, stock and budget spreadsheet

As the Product Development Administrator, you will have:

  • Ability to work under pressure whilst ensuring excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a methodical and systematic way
  • Excellent numeracy and computer skills
  • You may have experience of working as one of the following: Development Administrator, Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Operations Admin, Ops Admin, NPD Admin, Online Admin, Website Assistant or have worked with: Microsoft Excel or Navision

As the Product Development Administrator, your salary will be circa £22,000 per annum depending upon experience, £11.28 per hour. Alongside this, you will receive:

  • 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays rising to 30 days per annum once permanent
  • Flexibility with working hours (working 37.5 hours per week)
