We are currently recruiting for a Provisioning Coordinator to join our client who is a growing communications specialist based in Cannock, Staffordshire. As a Provisioning Coordinator, you will be:
- Responsible for processing and fulfilling new orders for new and existing customers
- Updating and creating order records using online order portals and internal systems, monitoring all orders from processing to completion
- Liaising with internal departments, customers and external provides to set delivery expectations and delivery on timeframes
- Developing and maintaining strong and professional relationships with customers and suppliers, managing suppliers to deliver in the shortest time possible
As the Provisioning Coordinator, you will have:
- Previous experience working within the Telecommunications sector, experienced in dealing with suppliers such as BT Open Reach and Talk Talk Business
- Previous order management experience is essential
- Experience of voice services
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS, however, this is not essential
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- You may have experience of working as one of the following: Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Project Lead, Telecommunications Order Processor, Account Manager, Order Processor, Customer Advisor, Telecommunication Coordinator and Administrator
As the Provisioning Coordinator, you will receive a salary of circa £25,000 per annum depending on experience plus fantastic benefits.
Candidates will only be considered with previous experience working within the Telecommunications sector.
