An opening has become available for a RBC Coordinator, working for an established organisation based in Gravelly Hill, working 08.00-17.00, Monday - Thursday and 8.00-16.30 Friday. Benefits include 22 days holiday (Rising to 25 after 3 years, 26 after 5 years and 27 after 10 years), pension, Health Care Scheme, Paid Holiday for birthday following 12 months employment and free parking.

As the RBC Coordinator you will be:

  • Be the internal point of contact for regional and national customers; and for assigned contracts
  • Create Sales leads and Sales quotations
  • Liaise with internal/external Sales teams to ensure quotes meet expected company standards and margins
  • Sending quotes and making initial contact
  • Ensuring quote is understood and ask for orders
  • Processing orders and updating system accurately
  • Understanding customer specific SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Support service delivery to ensure compliance
  • Responsible for internal and external queries and escalations
  • Create Sales orders for accepted quotes and reactive call-outs
  • Create purchase orders for suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Supporting the RBC Manager with coordination and planning of labour, and customer liaison
  • Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Ensuring Sales invoicing is completed daily
  • Contribute to the P&L performance though cost control and commercial innovation

As the RBC Coordinator, you will have:

  • Experience with delivering complex projects
  • Previous experience in the industrial, automatic and/or loading bay industry
  • Previous experience in a field-based engineer service deliver business
  • Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Good level of IT skills - Microsoft Office essential
