You will be working for a well-established organisation based within the manufacturing and distribution industry and they have been established for 30+ years.  As the Returns Administrator, you will have previous experience working within a similar position. 
 
This is a part time position, our client will consider 25 to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible on working hours.

As the Returns Administrator, you will be:
  • Dealing with the data entry of all debit notes, both emailed and posted
  • Monitoring returns email inbox and ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly
  • Running credits from in-house system and Sage
  • Scanning debits and corresponding paperwork onto the archive system
  • Assisting in dealing with all debit queries (via telephone and email)
  • Liaising with carriers, the Quality department and the Admin team in organising a collection of faulty goods
  • Liaising with Customer Service and External Sales team on stock cleanse debits and compensating orders
  • Investigating any reported mis-picks
  • Investigating price queries with Customer Service, and the Commercial team
  • Liaising with Commercial team to produce rebate credits
  • Dealing with POD requests from carriers
  • Liaising with Credit Control on any returns that are holding up invoice payments to assist with a resolution
  • Producing and monitoring reports on outstanding debts and chasing all outstanding returns/queries
  • Picking up the switchboard overflow calls
As the Returns Administrator, you will have:
  • Previous experience working within a similar position
  • Excellent customer skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of working in a busy environment
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and Sage would be beneficial but full training will be given
  • You may have experience of the following: Logistics Admin, Office Assistant, Office Support, Office Co-ordinator, Returns Co-ordinator, Warehouse Administrator, Returns Support or Administrator
As the Returns Administrator, you will receive a salary of circa £19,000 to £21,000 pro rata  / hourly pay rate is £9.74 to £10.77 depending on experience plus a fantastic range of benefits.
