An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join one of the fastest growing Financial Services companies in Sutton Coldfield, with huge plans to build a strong team to take the business to great heights. Working hours can be agreed from Monday-Friday, there may be occasional evening or weekend work when seminars are being run – although plenty of notice will be given for these occasions. This is a full-time role; however part-time hours would be considered.
As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exemplary customer service, you will have the ability to get things done quickly and well, using your own initiative
- You must also have the ability to understand and grasp business and commercial pressures quickly
- Generating and managing appointments
- Processing current deals within pipeline
- Dealing with clients and lenders across property and business finance sectors
- Recording, tracking and report KPI’s and management accounts
We are looking for a Sales Administrator who has the following skills and experiences:
- A strong willingness and optimistic attitude, to grow with this role
- You are extremely organised, efficient and deliver on results even under pressure
- The work you produce is consistently neat and presentable and you have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy
- You enjoy working independently and sometimes alone without constant supervision and have an eye and passion for perfection in everything you do
- Proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer and have a high degree of computer literacy
- You are able to organise and manage an office, including filing systems, computer systems, accounting systems and all general day to day office activity
- You may have experience of working as one of the following: Engineering Co-ordinator, Office Co-ordinator, Office Administrator, Sales Support Co-ordinator, Order Processor, Customer Service Advisor, Administrator, Order Processor, Sales Support or Inbound Call Handler
As the Sales Administrator, you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience plus fantastic benefits.
