Based in Hockley, a new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced organisation within the automotive industry covering maternity leave. You will be working in a modern office based in a great central location with free on-site car parking!
You will be working for a growing organisation that has been established for over 45 years. You will also be a pivotal part of the team that aims to provide outstanding customer service at all times.
As the Sales Administrator, you will be:
* Processing high volumes of e-commerce orders along with completing the relevant paperwork
* Tracking and collecting payments from customers and drivers
* Taking orders via the telephone, email and fax
* Transferring stock between sites
* Completing a high volume of invoicing and crediting
To be the successful Sales Administrator, you will have:
* Experience within the automotive industry would be desirable
* Excellent numeracy skills
* A good knowledge using Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel
* A strong ability to prioritise workload
You may have experience of the following: Sales Administrator, Office Assistant, Purchasing Co-ordinator, Engineering Co-ordinator, Office Assistant, Office Manager, Customer Service Advisor.
As the Sales Administrator, you will receive a salary of £19,000 plus the following benefits:
