Our client has been established for over 15 years and is a leading international supplier within the promotions industry. You will be working in a spacious and friendly office which also has free onsite parking.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be:
- Entering and processing sales orders
- Handling and responding to customer queries via telephone and email
- Following up quotations and upselling products to existing and new customers
- Maintaining and developing the existing customer database
- Liaising with external departments and suppliers to ensure goods are shipped to deadline
The successful Sales Administrator will:
- Have excellent administrative and customer care skills
- Flexible to occasionally travel abroad to attend trade shows
- You may have experience of one of the following:, Order Processor, Account Manager, Customer Service Administrator or Sales Support
The successful candidate will receive a salary of circa £19,500 per annum depending on experience.
