An opportunity has arisen for a problem solving individual to join an administration team based in Smethwick. You will be working within the Metal Industry for an organisation who have been trading for nearly 100 years.  Free car parking is also available!

You will be working for a global company who pride themselves on their excellent customer service reputation. This company is well known in the metal industry, as they have been trading for nearly 100 years and have over 40 sites in the UK.

As the Sales Administrator, you will be:
* Inputting information accurately onto the system and Excel spreadsheets
* Producing accurate and timely customer reports
* Producing load lists and self bills
* Preparing and distributing customer price schedules and continuously updating prices on the Navision system
* Investigating discrepancies and pricing queries

As the Sales Administrator, you will:
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Have experience of investigating customer queries
* Be able to work well under pressure, and multitask
* Have experience of dealing with customers
* You may have experience of working as one of the following: Sales Administrator, Accounts Assistant, PA, Account Manager, Banking, Customer Service Administrator, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Sales Support or Payments Clerk

As the successful candidate your salary will be £21,000 per year.
