Do you thrive on providing an exceptional customer experience? As the Sales Administrator you will be providing pivotal administration support to the sales team, looking after key accounts and managing each order from start to finish. 

Formed over 30 years ago, you will be working for an award-winning manufacturer who is a leader within their field.

As the Sales Administrator, you will be:

  • Liaising with customers, accurately placing orders through the SAP system
  • Estimating delivery dates/times and revising shipping schedules
  • Efficiently dealing with customer complaints, arranging returns and credits for customers
  • Communicating with customers to keep them updated on order progress and providing excellent customer service to build relationships
  • Carrying out general administration duties

As the Sales Administrator, you will have:

  • Previous Sales Administration or Order Processing experience
  • An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • You may also have experience of one of the following: Internal Order Co-ordinator, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Advisor, Operations Support, Order Processor, Client Support or SAP
