Do you have previous experience within an office-based, sales environment? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established UK distributor based in Tamworth.
As the Customer Service Advisor, your salary will be circa £22,000 per annum including a monthly bonus plus benefits such as free car parking and fun days in the office.
As the Customer Service Advisor, your duties will be:
- Maintaining relationships with customers and understanding their needs
- Managing inbound and outbound calls within a competitive marketplace
- Up-selling and cross-selling products to process orders and to meet set KPIs
- Developing strong insights into competitor activity
- Working towards and exceeding targets
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will have:
- Ability to understand and influence customers
- Previous experience within a customer focused environment
- Ability to work towards KPI’s within a target driven environment
- A confident attitude with strong attention to detail
- Experience of working as one of the following: Call Centre Operative, Administrator, Account Manager, Consultant, Call Centre, Retail Assistant, Sales Advisor, Sales Assistant, Travel Agent, Hairdresser, Receptionist
As the Customer Service Advisor, your salary will be circa £22,000 per annum. You will also receive the following benefits:
