Do you have previous experience within a customer focused, target driven environment? We are currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join a well-established client based in Tamworth.
As the Sales Advisor, your salary will be circa £17,000 per annum and you will be working 35.5 hours per week, managing existing customer relationships to develop growth of orders placed.
As the Sales Advisor, your duties will be:
- Maintaining relationships with customers and understanding their needs
- Managing inbound and outbound calls within a competitive marketplace
- Upselling products to meet set targets
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Developing strong insights into competitor activity
As the Sales Advisor, you will have:
- Ability to understand and influence customers
- Previous experience within a customer focused environment
- Ability to work towards KPI’s within a target driven environment
- A confident attitude with strong attention to detail
- Experience of working as one of the following: Call Centre Operative, Administrator, Account Manager, Consultant, Call Centre, Retail Assistant, Customer Service Advisor/Assistant Estate Agent, Travel Agent, Travel Advisor, Hairdresser or Admin/Order Processor
As the Sales Advisor, your salary will be circa £17,000 per annum. You will also receive the following benefits:
