A new opportunity has arisen for a Transport Administrator to join a busy office based in Witton, Birmingham on a 6 month fixed term contract with the opportunity to go permanent. Free car parking is available.
You will be working for a logistics company who offer worldwide services, and who has been established for nearly 100 years. You will be based at their head office site in the busy industrial area of Witton, Birmingham.
As a Transport Administrator, you will be:
- Providing support to the management team
- Ensuring all drivers documentation has been completed
- Management of driver timesheets
- Liaising with drivers and customers
- Inputting jobs onto the in-house system
As a Transport Administrator, you will have:
- Experience within logistics administration or data entry
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You may have experience of the following: Administrator, Planner, Fleet Assistant, Scheduler, Transport Assistant, Operations Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Transport Controller, or Operations Planner
