An International Consultancy & Training Company that specialises in Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanical and Facilities Management are seeking a Business Development Executive who has strong interpersonal and presentation skills to join their team based in Solihull. Salary is up to £30,000 plus an uncapped OTE up to £60,000.
Benefits include 25 days of holiday plus statutory Bank Holidays, field-based working, a mobile phone allowance, paid business mileage, training and development and free on-site car parking. You must be flexible and willing to travel within the UK to events and client meetings.
As the Business Development Executive, your duties will include:
- Developing a pipeline of new businesses and develop business relationships with Directors
- Managing and supporting existing accounts
- Proactively promoting services available by telephone and marketing campaigns
- Supporting marketing campaigns alongside Marketing, as directed
- Utilising social media to develop new and existing accounts
- Attending exhibitions
- Generating leads and using initiative to follow up on behalf of the business
- Completing and following up customer feedback surveys
- Compiling proposals and delivering presentations to Clients
As the Business Development Executive, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a 360 Business Development position
- Experience working with or within the Manufacturing sector or environment
- Previous experience in using Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge and experience in maintaining a CRM
- Experience in utilising social media to develop business
- You may have experience working as one of the following: Business Development, Telesales Manager, Partnership Manager, Market Development Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Account Director, Sales Manager
