We are hiring a LMS Content Coordinator; you will be working for a well-established organisation based within the manufacturing and distribution industry and they have been established for 30+ years based in Tamworth.

- Hours of work are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday

As the LMS Content Coordinator, you will be:
- Producing, editing and uploading content for the LMS system
- Creating modes of assessments, such as tests or quizzes to measure the effectiveness of the course
- Creating supporting and training material such as manuals and guides
- Editing and approving the final versions of products, using company guidelines
- Maintaining the LMS and working with OpenLMS to ensure that the system is always up and running
- Planning and managing a program for content to fit in line with the business needs
- Providing internal face-to-face training on product
- Managing the training requests for internal training
- Liaising with CIBSE to ensure that content can be used for certification
- Implementing processes to ensure an efficient way of working
As the LMS Content Coordinator, you will have:
- Experience in managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience working within a product-based business
- Experience working with the Adobe Suite
- Previous experience working in a similar position
- You may have experience in the following: LMS co-ordinator, LMS Specialist, L&D, E-Learning Developer, LMS Administrator, Content & Data Specialist, Learning and Development Administrator, Learning Systems Specialist or any other similar position
